Trouble in the bedroom sends you to a clinic, where the stunning Dr. Aida concludes the problem is all in your head. While rechecking her equipment she brushes against you, and suddenly the diagnosis looks very treatable. What follows is one of RockHardVR's hand-tracked encounters, streamed from the browser to your headset after a small download.

Foreplay mode lets you slap, grab, touch, lick and kiss, and once things heat up your own fist takes over: the pace follows your stroking, and a gesture triggers the finish. Without hand tracking, controller-based Hand Mode or Auto Mode still work. Posture buttons swap between foreplay and sex positions, and sliders cover hair, skin, eyes, outfits, body shape and breast physics. Passthrough AR is supported too.

The setup is light comedy: a doctor's appointment for a bedroom problem that Dr. Aida decides has a very practical treatment. You hit the stream button, accept a small download and are in the room within a couple of minutes. After a warm-up stage where you can touch and tease her, you close your fist and the game reads your stroking to set the tempo. RockHardVR notes it takes a few strokes to calibrate, and that matches the experience: it feels sluggish briefly, then locks on.

It is the most-played title in the studio's catalogue for good reason. The loop is intuitive, nobody has to hunt through menus mid-scene, and the customization panel lets you rework her hair, skin tone, body shape and outfit. Passthrough mode is a fun novelty on Quest 3, and the timing sliders help if the pace feels off.

What holds it back is scope. Once you have seen the clinic scene and cycled positions, there is not much new to discover, and the visuals are tuned to run on a mobile headset rather than to impress. Compared with Bree's First Class Service it plays almost identically, so pick the setting you like best. Dream Playroom is the better choice if you want to build your own scenes.
