About Deepthroat Simulator: Quest Edition

This is the standalone Quest version of Squircle Games' oral sex simulator, installed by sideloading. Put the controllers down: make a fist to take hold of her head and she follows your motion, while closing your index, middle and ring fingers triggers the finish. A cum bar fills as you play, and the fuller it gets, the bigger the result. A first-launch tutorial walks through every gesture.

Each character reacts with lines from a well-known Japanese voice actress, depending on what you do. 38 characters come ready to play, and you can add more by dropping any VRoid .vrm file into the game's VRM folder with SideQuest. Patreon supporters vote on which characters arrive next.

Premium members get the full standalone game, version 1.623.

Our Deepthroat Simulator: Quest Edition review

7.7

out of 10

The Quest edition does one thing and does it thoroughly, with controller-free gestures, Japanese voice reactions and a roster that grows with your own VRoid imports. Its single-act focus limits its appeal, but standalone owners get a lot of characters without a PC.

Best for: Anime fans on Quest who want a controller-free oral sim

Pros

  • Played entirely with hand gestures
  • Dozens of ready characters, and room for more
  • Spoken lines change with what you do

Cons

  • Focused almost entirely on one act
  • Requires sideloading
  • Full version needs Premium

Squircle Games' standalone version drops controllers entirely. You make a fist to guide your partner, she follows the movement, and a three-finger gesture triggers the finish. A meter fills as you play and determines how dramatic the ending is. A tutorial on first launch explains each gesture, which helps, because getting the hand poses right takes a minute.

Content is the strong suit. There are 38 anime-style characters ready to go, and because the game supports VRoid models, you can copy any .vrm file into its folder with SideQuest and play with characters of your own choosing. A Japanese voice actress provides reactions that change with what you do, which adds a lot of life to an otherwise narrow loop. Patreon supporters vote on future additions.

The scope is the obvious limit: this is an oral sex simulator and little else, so sessions can feel repetitive. It also needs sideloading, and the full build is a Premium download. Still, its like rate is noticeably better than the PC original's, and with nearly ten times the bundled roster it is the version to get if you own a Quest. Players wanting variety should look at EdenXverse instead.
