EdenXverse is a standalone adult platform that installs on your Quest as an APK, so it runs on the headset itself instead of a gaming PC. Most adult sandboxes assume a gaming PC, which is exactly why EdenXverse is worth a look. It installs on Quest and runs on the headset itself. You choose a partner from a roster that varies body type, skin tone and hairstyle, pick a location, then mix positions and toys from menus. It is closer to a configurable scene player than a physics playground, but it is quick to get into once installed.

The VRPorn build is the largest version yet, with 14 characters, 19 poses, a dozen toys and a party van as the newest of its six locations. Male characters such as Tony give it a bit more range than most standalone titles. The developer frames it as a safe, consensual space for exploring your sexuality, and the tone stays light and approachable.

Getting started takes effort. You need to sideload the APK, which VRPorn has a guide for, and enter an access code at launch, and the full build is reserved for Premium. Its like rate, around one in seven, is middling. Compared with Dream Playroom, which needs no install, EdenXverse offers more toys and places but less creative freedom. Compared with VaM it is far simpler, though it actually runs on the headset.
