About Holodexxx: Riley Reid Sneak Peek

Before Holodexxx Home existed, this sneak peek showed what the studio could do. Riley Reid performs a lap dance for you in an experience built to show off visual fidelity on high-end VR systems, namely Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and Windows Mixed Reality headsets.

It is short and was made as a teaser for the studio's first official release, so think of it as an early look at Holodexxx technology rather than a full game. Fans of the studio's later work can see where it started, and compare it with the newer Riley Reid Redux. The demo is a VRPorn exclusive.

The free demo is VRPorn-exclusive; Premium members get the uncensored Patreon version.

Pros

  • Impressive realism for its age
  • Features a well-known performer
  • Free download exclusive to VRPorn

Cons

  • Very short with little to do
  • A tech showcase rather than a game
  • Uncensored version requires Premium

Released in 2019 as a lead-up to Holodexxx Home, this sneak peek has one job: put a convincing virtual Riley Reid in front of you and let her dance. You sit back, watch and look around. There is no story to speak of and very little to interact with, so a session lasts only as long as the routine.

What it does well is presentation. Holodexxx built it to show off detail on the high-end PC headsets of the time, and the likeness and motion still compare well with many stylized games in this catalogue. That may explain its numbers: more than half a million plays and the highest like ratio in this batch, about one like for every five plays. The free download is censored, while Premium unlocks the uncensored Patreon build.

As a game, there is not much here. If you enjoy what you see, Holodexxx Home builds on the same studio's technology with a story, touch interaction and customization, and the newer Riley Reid Redux revisits the same star. As a short showcase, though, it does exactly what it promises, and it costs nothing to try.
