KoalaVR Review
Updated 13 October 2026 · 0 VR videos on VRPornGames
Our verdict: 6.8/10 · Best for hour-plus Japanese fantasy roleplay in bathhouses, clinics and trains
KoalaVR is prolific, adding two or three Japanese roleplay titles every week, and each one runs 40 to 80 minutes across bathhouse, massage, maid and commuter-train themes. Its weakness is picture quality: nothing goes beyond 4K.

What is KoalaVR?
KoalaVR's titles carry the KIWVR code, a label it has used since 2019. The studio is Japanese and works with a big rotating pool of actresses, which keeps the release calendar full.
What you get
You visit massage clinics and soaplands, get waited on by maids, meet someone on a train, or play out cosplay and stepsister fantasies. Nanoha Mizuno, Mary Tachibana, Kana Morisawa, Yuria Yuzuki and AIKA are among the actresses.
Picture quality and formats
Everything is 180-degree stereo at 4K and 60 frames per second. SexLikeReal buyers also get AI passthrough on most scenes and can add machine-made funscripts for around $3.99.
