About Deepthroat Simulator

Squircle Games' PC VR original is built around one act and does it in detail. You hold her head with your hand and guide how deep she goes, and she reacts realistically: gagging when you push too far and struggling for breath if you hold her too long. A cum bar sets your timing, letting you finish in her mouth or over her face, and you can undress her to grope her breasts.

Four characters come preinstalled, but the real draw is VRoid support: download any model made with VRoid Studio 1.0 or later from VRoid Hub and copy the .vrm file into the game's VRM folder. Two bonus scenes add missionary and cowgirl. Patreon backers vote on new monthly characters.

Premium members get the full PC VR game, version 1.641.

Our Deepthroat Simulator review

6.9

out of 10

The original PC Deepthroat Simulator is detailed within its narrow focus and its VRoid import support is a smart idea, but the small starting cast and lukewarm player response make it the weaker version. Quest owners should pick the standalone edition.

Best for: PC VR anime fans with their own VRoid models

Pros

  • Bring in almost any anime model you like
  • Reactions that respond to how you play
  • Two extra scenes add some variety

Cons

  • Only four built-in characters
  • Lowest like rate in this batch
  • Narrow single-act focus

This is the PC VR original from Squircle Games, and it is focused on one activity. You guide your partner with a controller and she responds to the pace you set, showing signs of strain if you push too far or hold too long, which works as a built-in cue to ease off. A meter tracks your build-up, and you can undress her along the way.

The clever part is VRoid support. Any character made in VRoid Studio 1.0 or later can be downloaded from VRoid Hub and dropped into the game's folder, so the four built-in characters are only the start. Two bonus scenes add a little variety, and Patreon backers vote on monthly character additions.

Player response is the weakest in this batch at about one like per nine plays, and it is not hard to see why. Out of the box the roster is thin, the loop is narrow, and the Quest edition offers 38 characters with controller-free gestures. Unless you specifically want to play on PC with your own models, the Quest version is the better buy. Both full builds require Premium, so there is no price advantage either way.
