It is presented as a fully animated VR comic streamed in the browser, built for watching the plot and then replaying it your way. After the first viewing, try first-person perspectives and mix costumes, including the added stockings. Repeat Sex loops a scene, speech bubbles and obstructions can be hidden, and color, body shape and breast physics are adjustable. Darcie is a succubus with a clear goal: be your first and leave thoroughly satisfied. The comic tells that story through a fully animated scene with speech bubbles, which you watch play out around you in your headset. It is short and playful, setting up a character RockHardVR would return to several times.

The usual comic tools are here. After watching once, you can switch to first-person views, try different costume combinations including stockings, loop the main scene and hide objects that get in the way. Colors, body shape and breast physics are adjustable, passthrough is supported and Quest hand tracking lets you grab. Oculus Go owners can do the same with the laser pointer.

Players have been fairly lukewarm, with about one like per nine plays, one of the lower ratios in this batch. Compared with its sequel, House Call Succubus 2, it has less to offer, and it is far more passive than the hand-tracked A Succubus' Helping Hand 2, where Darcie's story concludes. Play it for context if you plan to follow the whole series, or simply start with the sequels.
